Earlier Andheri was known as a 'suburban district’ but today it is a part of Greater Bombay. This suburban district has seen a lot of changes and is one of the key residential and commercial real estate destinations in the country. Andheri is an employment hub which is why commercial property in Andheri is very famous. The locality has seen an increase in the population here in recent years. Areas such as Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), SEEPZ are very famous here as the commercial employment generation areas.

Since this is a corporate hub of the city, the property prices are usually on the upward trend. A luxury 2 bhk flat in a reputed neighbourhood starts at Rs 2.89 crores to 3.60 crores and could rise even more. Andheri West has many layouts that have well developed plots and recreational grounds which is a sign of infrastructural developments. Its proximity to posh localities of Juhu, Vile Parle and Bandra makes it even better to stay here. This makes the demand here even surge high. Whether it is about living in western region or eastern region in Andheri, it has the best infrastructure in Mumbai.
